Tala, Philippines: Our Congregation, the Dominican Sisters of Our Lady of Remedies, is now merged with the Adrian Dominican Sisters in Michigan, USA. The Decree of the merger was given by Rome last November 20, 2011. One of the ministries of the sisters is the administration of Holy Rosary College Foundation at Tala, Caloocan City. This involvement was made possible upon the invitation of the Dominican Fathers, Philippine Province. Holy Rosary College Foundation (HRCF) primarily serves the children of Hansenites (Leprosy patients). Today the school provides education from kindergarten to college levels and accepts other poor and deserving youth of the neighboring communities in Tala, Caloocan City.
